This is a first phase project. Successful completion of this will open the opportunity to move to additional phases.
Create code to run on an Android phone that will send commands to a Laird BL600 (BLE self contained module) device and receive sensor data from the Laird device.
Android software should have the ability to activate the BL600 to run local micro-controller code to control GPIO pins, return status and environmental sensor data.
Low power is critical. We do not believe that using a virtual Serial Port meets this need but we are open to technical suggestions.
Developer will also provide tutorial and code walk through to the funding team via skype conference.
