Lorsque notre client recevrait son courriel sécurisé lui expliquant les prochaines étapes à suivre, nous aimerions qu’il puisse aussi avoir accès à une vidéo qui montre comment, en format mobile, ce qu’ils doivent faire.
Comme nous voulons démontrer le fonctionnement sur mobile, nous pensons qu’il faudra 2 versions de la vidéoprocédure, soit une en iPhone et l’autre en Android.
Afin que vous puissiez mieux évaluer le travail à faire, l’idéal est que nous vous fassions vivre ce qu’un client normal vit actuellement. Pour cela, nous avons besoin de votre nom et votre adresse courriel et ainsi nous pourrons vous faire parvenir ce que nous envoyons normalement à un client .
