On app you can upload a video like stories. a special kind of user will vote it true or false. votes will be shown. each video has ads banner. user can buy remove ads. videos are ordered by maps api location. 3 kinds of user. 1 admin: receive a photo from user 2 and accept or decline user 2. if accept user 2 a certain button is allowed to function (very simple) 3. user 3 can watch videos posted by user 1 or 2 and cant post. to watch videos not needed login. you cant swipe videos. video max lenght 1:30.

The app must have sign in/up function for 3 users. 2. 3 users have their roles to upload videos, watch, be available to accept the video posting, vote. 3.
