-No automated bids please- This is what the app must do -Intro View- shows a slpash image -first view- has a text label that I can change later looks in blutooth paired devices or nearby devices for a device named "Abc123" if the device is found goes to view 2, otherwise stays there waiting for the device to be found -2nd view- Checks if twitter app is installed, if not then shows a button to install it from google play, when its installed goes to view 3 -3rd view- Shows a download in progress bar, downloads an apk from an url that I will bring to you, when the download is done it will try to install it or open the settings to enable untrusted sources checkbox and then try to install the apk again, when the apk is installed it shows a button to open that app what you recently installed. Thats it, you can use android studio, ionic, cordova, adobe air or phonegap
