Proffesional Unity Photon Programmer. I'm currently building a FPS shooter game. Im using a framework asset called MFPS 2.0. I also have another asset called Matchmaking v2. My problem is i'm not a proffesional programmer and i can't get the 2 assets to work together, I'll explain below: MFPS matchmaking: Login - Create a lobby with custom settings(TDM, FFA, SND, CTF) - Join game. This features: No automation, no lobby before game begins, have to manually setup everymatch with countless options(Kills to win, time limits etc) after match is completed you just return to the main menu. Matchmaking V2 Matchmaking: Sign in as guest - Pick Game Type (TDM, FFA etc..) - Lobby to wait for players - Game begins. I'd like my matchmaking to be like the matchmaking V2 assset. My problem is i don;t know how to combine the 2. I'd like the game flow to be as follows: Login - Play button - Pick game mode (TDM, FFA, SND ETC..) - Join game in progress if avaibable, not avaliable join lobby, not avaiable create a lobby. (Create a lobby) - Lobby to wait for min/max players - Vote between 2 random maps - game begins - end game return to the lobby and start countdown till next game with min/max players - Vote between 2 random maps and repeat.. I hope this makes sense, the game flow should be similar to call of duty. I already have servers holding the username, passwords, rank etc, i just can't setup the matchmaking. I'd like to achieve this by screensharing my laptop for the programmer to work on as 1 - the file size for the game is very large, 2 - We don't want duplicates of our game floating around. All the coding is pretty much done, it obviosuly needs variables changing and more code writing to get the 2 assets to work together correctly. As it stands you can: Login - Create a game - Play game - End game. but i would like this game flow to change to above.
