Need a Indian Stock Market App (Python developer preferable)

Lemon Stocks Version 1.0 We need an Android app. We would like it designed and built. (Note: Please read the requirements before you place a bid for this project.) The budget Maximum budget for this app is Rs. 12500/- Indian Rupee. Required : #Experienced expert who can Design and Build the stock market app on his own within this budget. #The app should work on free data feed or source example any free API. example NSEpy #We require closing Data for all the stocks of Nifty 50 (National Stock Exchange India), stock & Index futures and Options. #There should not be any additional expenses or fees or charges for using the data source or any platform or services which will be a part of this working app. #We will use this app for commercial purposes so we need an fixed advertisement space which will be used for assigning facebook ads. The developer should help us to open the facebook ads account for this purpose and assign/activate ads services on the app without any extra fees or cost. #The developer shall be provided with the developer access to our google Android apps publisher account and he/she should complete his test and publish the app through our account without any extra fees, cost or charges. Developer access will be provided for this purpose. Data Calculation : #The calculations will be based upon 20 days data (Open, Close, High, Low) of the stock or Future or Option. So the expert should search for an free Api or data as per the requirements of this app. The expert should use Free Web Hosting Services (if required) to save 20 days data of all the Nifty stocks or tickers and Futures and Option data. For the calculation of Stock Bullish or Bearish Signal atleast 1 year of historical data is required. As the new data is generated every day the old data should automatically get deleted from the system.
