I need

I need an iPhone and android booking app built. The customer needs to be able to enter their name, home address, email and phone number... These details need to be stored and remembered. Then the customer needs to book with the following information; - pick up location (option of home address) - drop off location (option of home address) - date - time - vehicle type (either Van upto 7 passengers or Sedan upto 4 passengers ) - payment options (pay now with Paypal, prepay online, prepay over the phone, pay in car with corporate Amex or Diners card, pay in car with visa or mastercard, pay in car with cash) *Return booking option - pick up location (option of home address) - drop off location (option of home address) - date - time - vehicle type (either Van upto 7 passengers or Sedan upto 4 passengers ) The app needs to calculate kilometres from pickup location to drop off location AND then calculate the price of KM'S x $1.95 for Sedan or $2.73 for Van IF the booking is less than 24hrs from the requested time the customer will get a message saying "Thanks for your booking request, we will contact you shortly to confirm that we can assist, as your booking is within 24hrs we are not able to confirm availability yet- We Will Call You" If the booking is less than $80 in value each way, the customer will receive a message saying; "Thanks for your request, our office will review and advise of our availability as soon as possible" If the booking is greater than 24hrs notice and $80, the customer will receive a message saying "Thanks for your booking, we look forward to driving you; you'll receive a friendly reminder the day before your booking" I will need notification of all submitted requests for me to manually process and handle bookings. Customers will also need tabs for contact us ... Etc This is to be for Perth, Western Australia only.
