Process Flow for User
- Raise Complaint With Description, Location, GPS and Photo
- Backend Receive Complaint and dispatch to Contractor Assigned Based On Location
- Push Notification (Contractor receive Push Notification)
- After Complaint been updated, User receive Push Notification
Process Flow for Contractor
- Raise Complaint With Description, Location, GPS and Photo
- Backend Receive Complaint and dispatch to Contractor Assigned Based On Location
- Push Notification (Contractor receive Push Notification)
- The contractor goes to the site, open the assigned Complaint, capture Picture
- Access Camera Only,
- Capture GPS Location when picture is taken
- Compaint then been dispatch to site engineer based after Contractor updates
- Push Notification (Site Engineer receive Push Notification)
Process Flow for Site Engineer / Admin
- Raise Complaint With Description, Location, GPS and Photo
- Backend Receive Complaint and dispatch to Contractor Assigned Based On Location
- Push Notification (Contractor receive Push Notification)
- Site Engineer goes to the site and capture picture,
- Access Camera Only,
- Capture GPS Location when picture is taken
Only Mobile App need to be work on, API will be provided
