Help us complete a cordova / XDK Project ASAP

We have an application that is 99% complete.
However our developer it seems is unable to complete it and maybe does not have the skills to do so.
What we need to complete is the application to download and store PDFs which it can then load locally / offline. Or alternatively if not possible it loads them from an external URL. All information is gathered from an API/CMS which it talks to , this is all completed and in app already.
We may also have a few other minor bugs we need support with. Full details can be provided and GIT access for the project also given.
We are in urgent need of this support and so you must be able to work on this full time immediately as we need the app for completion in the next 24/48 hours maximum. If you are familiar with cordova and hybrid apps i predict maybe 5/6 hours work max? But of course we can pay if it seems more.
