Communication – Collaboration between team members and myself will be daily and is required. Transparency is required at all levels and phases of the project. Unless you tell me in advance, DO NOT let 24 hours pass where you have not communicated a proper status.
Quality – Collaboration between teams will be ongoing, daily and is required. We will require internal and external review to ensure the best quality and improvement. You will need to show DAILY progress to ensure feedback is taken into account.
Resources – Tell us if you are solo or a team. If a team, we will need to how many people are on your team and their skill sets.
