Encrypted Messaging App /w Encrypted Voice option. + Encrypted Notes App

We would like to have an Encrypted Messaging & Voice application developed to work on the xmpp server architecture. We also require an Encrypted Notes application that can import conversations from the messaging application. OS Requirements Android Lollipop 5.1 Android Marshmallow 6.0 Support Requirements Design and wireframe of application. Monthly support contact for additional features and application requirements. 6-12 month agreement. Quoted separately. There may be additional features and requirements as the project progresses. Messaging Application Features & Requirements • OTR or AES 256 bit equivalent. • Online / Offline / Busy toggle. • Option to start a password protected conversation that can be retracted by either client when finished (deleted from both clients). Requires a smart-password the other party needs to have. • Password login and timeout options for application. • Duress password to wipe all content within the application. • Delivered & read status notifications. • Key status and details. • Option to generate new keys. • Group chat capabilities. • Offline delivery notification. • Time based messages that expire. • Remote backup of contacts. • Online / Offline status. • Key status and details. • Message retraction capability. • Provisioning based on email. • Service activation and expiry. 3 months, 6 months etc. • Encrypted file transfer with compression of files. • Group chat, voice & file transfer options need to toggle on/off from the xmpp server as additional options. When off we do not want to see the option in the app. Example. File transfer is off and option is removed from application. • Export conversation to encrypted notes application unless it is a time based message OR private chat. • Hardcoded DNS entry to xmpp server. • Contact request approval. Accept, deny. • Contact block options to auto deny contact requests. Blacklist. XMPP Requirements • Setup of XMPP server. VM provided by us. XMPP server to be decided. • Configuration of XMPP server to work with application developed. • XMPP server needs to have API integration. We have an additional system for provisioning accounts for other existing services. • XMPP server can communication only with other designated XMPP servers. We may have a partner who wished to sub-brand this application and host their own XMPP server. Their used would be able to communicate with our users. Encrypted Notes Requirements • Remote back of notes based on a passphrase to protect the key. Compression required. • Import of remote backup. Approval required by an admin before app can retrieve the backup. Passphrase required for import. • Option to turn on/off remote backup option from xmpp server. • Password protected to open app. • Duress password to wipe all of the data and key. • No expiry service expiry date required.
