Develop an augmented reality Game for android, IOS and PC

Hi guys, I would like to create a game which will be available on Android, iOS and PC Games. The game has to be able to be live and have a live scoreboard which will automatically update as people play different challenges. People needs to be able to: - register - sign in - the app will be free to download on all platforms - in app advertising needs to be developped - in order to unlock certain items or levels the user will have to buy 'currency' within the app which will range from 0,99$ to 99,99$ depending on what it is. - the game has to be related to real life events as it can relate to real life people, real life places and so on. I'm looking for a serious developper who has experience in making games and who knows a but of virtual reality vs game transition. The budget is low but I believe in long business relationships so a percentage for future profits might be envisaged with the freelancer.
