Create Offline Video Android App

Hello All, I wish to create an Android App, which should work offline, except for 1 time Online Authentication of Serial Number. (To avoid Piracy) This App will contain 3 Menu icons Home By Default Podcast This menu will contain 10 videos of 1.5 to 3 hours each. About Us About page of the company. Contact Us This menu page will contain Address, Phone Number, Website URL and Email Address. Functionality of the App: Whn the App is launched, it will show a splash screen and after that a screen will come which will ask for Serial Number. Here we enter 5 Digit Alpha Numeric Serial Number, which will authenticate the purchase. Only people who have purchased the Serial Numbers, can open the App. Unless Serial Number is not authenticated with the database, it will not move forward or go to Home Screen. Inshort, without Serial Number Authentication, App will not work. Once the video is launched, a splash screen will come up. After Splash Screen, Home screen will come up with menu options. Once "Podcast" is launched, List of programs (Videos) will come up. On clicking each video, the player will start the video, which should have Play, stop, Reverse, Forward and drag to scroll the progress bar to forward or reverse to go to desired time of the video. Important Information: >> cPanel will be provided for database creation. >> We will generate Serial Numbers from our end with Code Generator. >> Admin Panel to be provided for bulk Upload of Serial Number CSV file to Database. >> Each Serial Number will be binded to each device. >> Serial Number cannot be used on multiple devices.
