Build me an app

I have made a SmartPlug focused at mobile phones to improve their battery performances over a long period of time. The SmartPlug is operated when the user plugs in their mobile phone charger in it. The SmartPlug stops charging the phone based on inputs by the user. The SmartPlug does this with the help of microcontroller and relay. The inputs by the user are set on an app on the mobile phone that sends the data to the micrcontroller via Bluetooth. The app contains the two modes, i.e. the threshold mode and timer mode. 1. Threshold mode- During this mode when the user turns on the smart charging the phone reaches a certain preset(maximum level, set by the user) at which the microcontroller stops the charging of the phone. To make sure the phone doesn't go below a certain level due to idle drain, the microcontroller starts charging the phone again at a certain threshold(minimum level, also set by the user). [login to view URL] mode- During this mode, the user will specify the preset(maximum level) ,the time in which the user wants the phone to be charged and their battery capacity in miliamphours When the user turns on the smart charging the microcontroller will charge the phone till it reaches half of the preset and then stop charging. It will then, based on battery capacity and how much of the charging is left, it will start charging accordingly depending on time left and preset. My requirement is to introduce a third mode, SmartMde, that tracks the users usage for a week via timer mode and then "smartly" sets value without the user having to put it in manually.
