Build an Android application that output logs

The application should have a simple layout with a button called start and a box with the number of consecutive days that it has been running. The users will press the start button on the application and I need the application to continue running in the phones background for the next 30 days and continuously recording data. If the smartphone is restarted, it should not lose count of the days it has been running and be automatically started in the background without the need for the user to start it again. There should be an output log for every day to avoid large files. Once the 30-day mark has been reached at the end of the day the application should prompt the user. At the end I would require all the source code so that I could re-compile it on Android Studio and detailed documentation. The application needs to collect the following data from the smartphones that it will be installed on: Application data UserID - User identification number TimeStamp - Date and time of data capture Name - Application accessed during data capture, including if it transferring or receiving bytes Bytes - Number of bytes sent or received Wi-Fi UserID TimeStamp Name - Advertised network name (SSID) I am attaching a sample of how the output logs should look like.
