basic apps to begin with android and then iphone etc for my idea

I would like a simple app which shall do the following function: I shall have exel sheets containing various infomation fed by my friends say robin keys in name and address of a good spa in bangalore, a good joint in bangalore etc, sam another fren of mine does the same too (initially , if there is a better idea to update it please let me know as i'm just new to this) anyway the moment i open the app: 1) if GPS is on it place an icon as to where am I else it positions at my last loaded place or a default place 2)an option is given to the user to change the location 3) it then accesses some x number of excel sheets which contain information about various locations along with the icons(each exel sheet having its own icon) 4) user is shown all addresses previously visited by him and his frens (basically info stored in the sheets) 5) user is allowed to zoomin zoomout to get more info 6)interface is provided to allow the user to customise his view in terms of what info to see (names of frens whose info is to be seen etc) 5) a server interface is there that alows us to add/delete modify the exel sheet/s 6) A search bar to search for places and create a default place 7) when one presses/toches one of these flagged place it provides direction from the current/default location
