VOIP app for iPhone/Android, with SIP,SMS, IM

What is needed - is application like fring ( [login to view URL] ) which allow to use VOIP, together with IM gateways. We are require demo app for iPhone to start the project: - Generic application with label 'DEMO' ; - voice codecs (g729) - In standby mode(sleep) dialer application should keep active connection active to be able to wakeup the device with a push message - SMS integration (Using SIP/MESSAGE method, or using HTTP API with SMS gateways) - IM networks support (Jabber) After we get this app for our UDID(see below), test it and can be sure it works on a generic level (all mentioned functions are working), we are making prepay %30 Next stage is to get these functions: - Recharge integration (also via our server or direct with paypal using out merchant account) - Account balance display (get by http link which we provide); - signup button (create account with code confirmation, http API ) for getting ready account at once - Dialer good design with our logo,colors, friendly and intuitive interface - MSN,Yahoo,Gtalk IM gateways for text chat only (no voice, no video) with contact list , send/receive txt messages, go online/offline buttons, add contact/delete contact, block/unblock contact , change status (Idle, Busy, Available) .
