Native App for iphone, android & windows phone - repost

hello i have a portal developed in wordpress which is specialized in a certain city and i want to create mobile NATIVE app, for all 3 differnet enviroments: iphones, android, windows phones the app is very simple, there will be only some content display, not a special function - welcome splash screen with our logo on it (we will provide you our logo) - user will select the language he wants to open. all the contents will be in 2 languages, english and greek (we will be giving you all the texts you will need in both languages) - the below menu options will be displayed so the user can choose from(in the selected language): 1) Activities 1.1) sports 1.2) social 1.3) community 1.4) entertainment 2) area exploration 2.1) interactive map using google maps 3) tourist portal 3.1)Landmarks 3.2)Churces 3.3) archaeological spaces 3.4)museums 3.5)alternative tourism 4) Accomondation & Food 4.1)hotels 4.2)local companies 5) local products 6) Calendar & Agenda 6.1) activities 6.2) events 6.3) offers 7) who we are 8) news 9) search 10) tourist guide (a pdf will be opening) 11) Postcard 12) contact (a contact form will exist in here) 13) sitemap e.g. when someone clicks on hotels, hotels will be shown one below each other. and there will be a text, a name, telephone, logo, photos *2.1) all the hotels, places, bars etc that we will have insterted as content, must be shown on the map using google maps. user must be able to see each category seperately e.g. to see only the bars on the map or only the museums, or if he wants must be able to see all the categories together. under each category or subcategory, content will be shown. **10) user will choose a photo out of the 10 we will be providing him and write a one line text, so this is put on the photo and the postcard style template is created. after that the final e-postcard will be sent to the receiver that the user will write the email address of. You can find the exact example of what we need at the following address: [login to view URL] ml, so we need this exact functionality by default when the user downloads the above app from the any marketplace, some data will be already loaded in the application, so it does not require the user to connect to the internet to check it. while some other cateogories like events and news will require internet connection to be updated and displayed. those data will be each time fetched and updated from our already existed portal, which is developed using wordpress. the app in any envoroment will be free of charge. by the end of th eprojct you will be asked to upload and fully deliver the app into all 3 marketplace (we will pay the fees for each marketplace) by the end of the project you will send us a singed NDA, all copyrights and all source code with DETAILED documentation bids of total price for all the above around 1.000usd are seriously considered. also we need this to be delivered by 25th of august. for every day you are delayed you will be paying a penalty of 50usd/day
