How the application will work –
FIRST THIS IS AN EXAMPLE TO GIVE AN IDEA WILL I WAIT FOR MY PAITENT ITS CLOSE TO THIS BUT I USE A RESTURANT AS THE EXAMPLE
Example (reporting) if a user is walking to a restaurant and there is a great deal buy 1 get 3 free. The user would push the app. A map would pop up with a pin marking their location covering one half of the screen. On the bottom the screen the person can type a description,Or simply leave it blank. After entering the info (or not) they would push a button and that would be marked as a potential great deal in the area.
Example 2 the flip side of the app (alert end) there are two ways to ways to use this feature. First they could open the, app type in a zip code or street name and check and see if there are any reports near the area they are going to go to. Second is they could turn it on having it run it in the background and when it gets within a certain distance the phone will make a ringtone sound chosen by the user from there ringtone library alerting them they are near.
What the phone looks like – When an alert goes off the top of the screen will have the address and how many reports and the time of the report most of the middle will be a map with the pin showing where the report was reported. On the bottom will be a dismiss button that will shut off the alarm.
Colors and Times of the pin/flag –
• 2 Hours Green (every extra report for this location will add one hour)
• 2-3 Hours Orange
• 3-6 Hours Red
• If a pin is in Red or orange and a new user reports for that area then the pin/flag would go back to green.
After 6 hours the pin would disapear
User Options –
• The ability to have the program run in the background to be able to alert when in an area or off not running.
• The ability to choose the ringtone to alert them of a possible area to avoid.
• The range they want the ringtone to go off when detecting a possible avoid area.( half mile, 500 feet, 300, feet 100 feet ect)

This is the basic picture but instead of a resturant it would be something else that if you could put a resturant or anything there thing it wouldnt be hard.
