ipad/iphone application modify for iPhoneCoreDataRecipies

I would like to take an existing app ([login to view URL]) and modify it to my needs. This is an app for data tracking using core data. The winner of this project will need to be able to fully understand this app and be able to modify it to my needs. I will need to remove some fields/pages and add others. For example, the app currently supports adding one image to a recipie, i would like to be able to add multiple pictures (up to 5). In addition, i will require full documentation for making future modifications myself. The winner will need to document the app and the code in a simple manner that explains every function. The program should be available for the iPhone and iPad, the iPad version should be full screen (not the iPhone version that maximizes). Thank You Avi
