Information System

I am looking for an application that can link to a website where information from different "inputs" can be posted for different dates. This information can be viewed by the end user by location (city;state, University (USA), or GPS location). The information can then be viewed by day, week, or full monthly calendar. Each input (in the area) information for the corresponding date could then be viewed. I am looking for an Iphone app and/or the Website (where "inputers" could input information, or an administrator for multiple inputters) and that the information could be viewed on.
