The demo application consist of server app and and client app.
You can code the server app with one of java, perl/php/erlang/ruby/python, c/c++, c#, it should run on MS windows .
The client application run on android mobile phone which has touch screen & gps & a-gps & camera & gprs or edge, it should support android 2.x , like moto defy. This is a chinese application, but you can do it with english interface, but should support chinese.
the communition between the client & the server would be tcp over gprs.
The client application consist of the following pieces,
[url removed, login to view] background service to read and send the gps location periodically to the server, like every 10 seconds, if no gps signal or gps error, it should report server the information too.
[url removed, login to view] background service to retrieve new task from server , if any new task downloaded, it should popup the task information , and alert user with sound and vibrate at once , and prompt user with buttons to accept or refuse or just skip, and sent back the user action result with the task id to the server. the server program should display it on the console.

this task should be finished within 2 weeks.
I guess it may be easier for you to just have a screen to select the existing captured images from the camera(but with thumbnail displayed ) and click the send button, the sending process can run at the background, on finished, or failed, it should popup a message to the user.
on feedback the information to the server, the userid and the current task id should be attached to the feedback information, even when sending back the images and drawings, so the server can identify who and which task the information received belong to.
