Design/Create an Android/Iphone/Facebook Card Game

I need an card game developed for Android/Iphone and a facebook.
Its a card game with 16 rounds, each player will win or lose certain amounts of points depending on there cards at end of each round.
The winner is determined on the end of sixteenth round (or if all players forfeit.)
Minimum players 2
Maximum Players 5
Possibility of online multiplayer, random online players or possibility to play with facebook friends.
It should also keep a statistics of how many time a player loses/forfeits or wins (maybe an online global ranking as well)
Needs to be able to connect to facebook for inviting friends and to be able to see who is online currently playing.
The game menus have to be simple, clean and user-friendly.
Such as "Join game" "Host game" "Random game" etc.
Offline / Local game against computer also needed.
The rules of the game and point system is ready, only need the game designed and developed based on game rules.
