Applicaton for Android like Tom Cat 2

All Video data, pictures and icons we have and we will give it to you. All we want from you is a programm realization of this project. In order to bid this project you have to have minimum of 3 projects completed in your portfolio and you need to make videos in our application play without lags between them. The program have to run on Android version 2.3 and higher on any mobile android devices which uses version 2.3 or higher. We accept only Eclipse project realisation. The program have to be free of bugs and you have to patch it until it will be perfect. There will be no prepayments for this project. After you make a beta version of program we will send you 50% payment. And after you give us all source code and compiled project in apk file we will send you the rest of the money.
