I am looking for an Android application and code to manipulate images which are taken by users.
Basics of the application is as follows:
-Users can take a photo or choose an existing photo from the gallery.
-Users can use a smear distortion effect by moving their finger over the photo to manipulate the photo as desired(For smear effect: [url removed, login to view])
-Users should see an circle at the touching area indicating the magnitude of the smear distortion effect
-Users can also move this circle without applying any effect (so this is like a second tool)
-When the user decide the place of the circle a seekbar should be display at bottom to execute the effect at the choosen area
-Users should be able to choose the magnitude (small-medium-large)
-When users want to save the photo a single version and a version with the previous photo next to the manipulated one should be saved.
-Users should be able to switch between the first photo and the manipulated one
-Users should be able to reset all the manipulations and switch back to the first photo to start the manipulation again
-Users should be able to switch the photo with another one from the gallery or the camera at any point of the manipulation

-Must be well commented
-Must comply with object-oriented coding standards
-Variable names must CamelCase [url removed, login to view]
-Variable names must be meaningful (Button1, ListView3 etc. is not acceptable)
-Minimum API Level is 2.3 and it must work on all the other devices with API 2.3 and greater
-Fragments with Android support libraries must be used (if there is no severe excuse)
-There's no need for custom design default components must be used
I want whole eclipse project compatible with latest Eclipse, ADT and Android SDK versions.
I should be able to import the project with simple Eclipse File>Import option thus all external libraries and dependencies must be included inside the project
