Job Description:
I am currently doing a project of our local municipality in our province.
PURPOSE:
1. The people of our municipality can apply through the mobile apps for business permit, civil registry, request for senior or PWD ID, and other municipal activities
2. The system will have multiple admin with different access. depends on the needs of the transaction
3. It will have status report about the progress of each application
4. Each user can apply for multiple application at the same time
5. the Population of the municipality is about 150,000. but the expected app user will be around 10,000~30,000.
6. This will also hold the database of all the information of the people on the municipality. Name, Age, Gender, Address, etc. their pictures, birth certificate, and other information
7. All generated printable files from our app (ex. ID, Business permit, etc.) will be printed with QR code. and this QR code will be a way for the validator to check if the printed document is legit or not
8. Concurrent users may be around 100~1000
9. The admin can also upload the municipal ordinances(law) and let the users view it.
10. link also to payment gateway: local banks and other payment center
11. Will have website landing page on the app. the admin can change/add pictures and details on it from time to time
12. Must be able to deploy to a permanent server that will handle the WEB APP, MOBILE APP and the database
13. The activity progress tracker will guide the users how many percent they are far in completing their application.
14. Can Store, Add, View, Download Images
15. File compression is also important to save storage space
16. new sign-up accounts must be vefiried through OTP sent in their mobile numbers using sms provider.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Web app FE - REACT.js
2. Mobile app FE - REACT Native
3. Backend - springboot
4. Server - Heroku (or give me your suggestion)
5. Dealine - 2months
6. Can support us for 5years for bugs and if their will be additional feature
7. NDA is important
8. Payment through milestone
9. Twice a week zoom meeting for update on development and testing
10. Must provide twice a week new APK for us to test the app
