Login System Admin • Login with Mobile Number and Password • OTP-based login available as optional method Manager • Login with Mobile Number and Password Booking Module Each booking captures the following information: Basic Information • Booking ID — auto generated by the system • Inquiry Date • Booking Date • Event Date Customer Details • Customer Name • Mobile Number • Alternate Mobile Number (optional) • Customer Address (optional) Event Details • Event Type: Marriage, Reception, Birthday, Anniversary, Engagement, Corporate Event, Other • Catering Required: Yes or No • If catering required — Meal Type: Veg / Non-Veg • Estimated Number of Guests Financial Details • Total Booking Value • Advance Amount Received • Balance Amount — calculated automatically • Payment Mode: Cash, Online, or Cheque Booking Status • Inquiry — initial stage before confirmation • Pending — details received, confirmation awaited • Confirmed — booking is finalised • Completed — event has taken place • Cancelled — booking was cancelled Calendar-Based Booking System The calendar is the default home screen after login. Each date is colour-coded to show availability at a glance. Colour Meaning White / Blank Date is available for booking Yellow Date is partially booked — further booking allowed based on package availability Red Date is fully booked — no new bookings can be created Tapping any date opens the booking list for that day. From there, a new booking can be created or an existing one can be viewed and edited. Payment Tracker Every booking has a dedicated payment ledger. Each payment entry records the date, amount, payment mode, and any remarks. The outstanding balance is calculated automatically after every payment. • Full payment history for each booking • Outstanding balance always visible • Search payments by Booking ID or Customer Name Admin Dashboard The Admin dashboard shows a complete financial and operational overview. Summary Cards • Total number of bookings • Total revenue from all bookings • Total advance amount collected • Total pending (balance) amount • Total completed events Revenue View • Monthly revenue breakdown • Yearly revenue summary • Booking trend over time Pending Payments • List of all bookings with outstanding balance • Shows Customer Name, Mobile Number, Event Date, and Pending Amount • Tap any entry to open the full booking details Manager Dashboard The Manager dashboard is focused on day-to-day operations and does not show any financial summary. • Upcoming events for the next few days • Today's bookings at a glance • Pending payment reminders for assigned bookings In-App Alerts The app shows real-time alerts inside the notification section. All alerts are stored within the app and can be reviewed anytime. Admin receives alerts for • New booking added • Existing booking modified • Cancellation request raised by Manager • Payment recorded against a booking • Bookings with pending balance approaching event date Manager receives alerts for • Upcoming events in the next few days • Bookings with pending payments due Booking Confirmation PDF When a booking is confirmed, the app generates a PDF document automatically. The PDF can be downloaded directly from the app. PDF Contains • Booking ID • Customer Name and Contact Number • Event Date and Event Type • Booking and Package Details • Total Booking Value • Advance Amount Paid • Balance Amount Remaining Reports Three report types are available, each with filter options and export support.
