I’m building a Web + iOS/Android marketplace that lets car owners connect with vetted transportation and maintenance providers. The system revolves around three core roles—car owners, service providers, and admins—each with its own dashboard and permissions. For car owners the experience must feel effortless: they need to book services, track real-time progress through GPS, and rate the job once it’s done. Service providers should be able to manage incoming requests, update service status on the go, and monitor earnings and performance reports. An admin console ties everything together with multi-stage payment controls, dispute handling, and analytics.
