I am looking for a professional Android development expert for my client, who wants to monitor the Android smartphones, and possibly iPhone, of his sales employees due to problems encountered in his business. Here are the project details:
Primary objective :
Develop a client-server application allowing real-time monitoring of the screens of salespeople's Android phones from a PC console, drawing inspiration from the paid application [login to view URL] (available at [login to view URL]).
Inspiration :
Adapt the open source application available at [login to view URL] (which uses Web RTC to stream an Android screen) to the client's needs.
Test and analyze this application available on the Play Store via the link: [login to view URL] to understand its functionalities.
Desired Features:
The application should work automatically after installation, with no user interaction required.
No application icon should be visible on the smartphone desktop.
Installation procedure :
Users receive a link by email to download the APK.
Installing the APK is done with minimal interaction (ideally just one confirmation).
The application should launch or initialize automatically after installation.
Technical Criteria for Target Platforms:
Android (version 13 or later), iOS and Windows 11.
Compliance with the necessary permissions, including the Android 13 “accessibility” permission.
Discreet, permanent installation with no removal option.
The application should work as soon as the phone starts.
Control Interface:
A web or #C dashboard, capable of displaying an Android screen in real-time streaming, and potentially iPhone depending on technical constraints.
Server Management:
Online access to a dedicated server that can support at least 150 simultaneous users.
The APK must be hosted on a download server, accessible via an email link or QR code.
