Mini Reed Switch PCB Design

Hello Ravi, this is the first project of three. I'm trying to make a reed switch PCB fit nicely over the head of a house key but be as universal as possible.

I need to have the reed switch PCB redesigned with components and size and shape.

I need it to be as small as possible...even smaller than the 1" stamp sized board you last designed.

The new board needs to have only 3 components, a mini reed switch, a battery holder, and the LED.

It needs to be no bigger than a small coin, and basically as small as the components will allow for...no wasted room at all. AS COMPACT AS POSSIBLE. So instead of a square, I think a CIRCLE is more fitting for a house key head.

This time 2 out of three of the components will be surface mount (for smaller components) but the battery holder will remain the same Through Hole. If there is room for a mini screw mount hole, than fine, but otherwise, not needed.

The biggest component must be in the biggest part of the diameter so I guess the middle.

Eliminated the Resistor entirely.

4) They are requesting this... Centroid

(aka Insertion or Pick-and-place or XY data) - This is the machine file in ASCII Text format, which should include: X, Y, Theta, Side of Board (Top or Bottom), and Reference Designator.

5) They also request this...ASCII-Formatted CAD Data

Many CAD systems allow you to export your PCB design in ASCII text (essentially human-readable text as opposed to binary data).

Please let me know if your able to do this and any questions you have to complete. Projects 2 and 3 are in regards to the key cover and magnet casing. I will post the jobs separately but just wanted to give you a heads up to keep it in mind as you are designing. Instead of a snap on 2 part casing, I want the board to slip into a universal fitting soft key cover. The hard casing was too rigid and would need to be different for every different type of key. A soft key cover will be more flexible and only one piece.
