Organizing files, creating templates, unifying materials

I'm the founder of a non-profit and I need help to prepare us for scale-up. I need an assistant who will help me build a body of materials, organize them properly on our Google drive, make sure our existing documents are branded (we already have our branding elements), and pull together and edit founding organizational documents that will help me go after the next phase of funding. Budgeting experience would be a bonus, but not required.
