I have an existing document that needs a cleaner, more purposeful look. Please reorganise the content into clear headers and sections, highlighting each header with a subtle, professional colour so important parts stand out at a glance. Once the layout is in place I must be able to draft letters freely, yet the underlying formatting, colours, margins, and spacing must stay locked—think of a Word template protected for forms only, where I can type in the body but cannot accidentally drag a header out of place. A matching Excel version is also required.
