Accurate Text Data Entry

I have a collection of digital files—mainly PDFs and a few existing Word documents—that need to be transcribed with absolute accuracy into a single, well-formatted Word document. All content is straightforward text; there are no numbers or mixed media to manage. Your job is to: • Open each supplied file, copy or re-type the text where copy-paste is unreliable, and keep original spelling, capitalization, and line breaks intact. • Apply consistent headings, paragraph spacing, and basic styles so the final Word file is clean and easy to navigate. • Run a quick spell-check and visual review to catch any OCR or manual typing errors before delivery. I will share the source files via a cloud link once we start. The finished, error-free .docx file is the only deliverable I need. If you are detail-oriented and comfortable working inside Microsoft Word (or an equivalent that exports flawlessly), this should be a smooth project.
