Visio 2010 Problem Solving - Populate text box on open with contents external text file or CSV

Given a template Visio 2010 file with 3 text boxes, please provide a methodology allowing automatic filling of these 3 fields (see example attached) upon file opening, either by:
1) Reading text contents from 3 individual TXT files with predefined names.
2) Reading text contents from 3 first lines of single CSV file (by ascending order: each text field line corresponding to the number of the CSV line)
NOTE: If automatic filling upon file opening is not possible, please provide script and methodology to do so.
