Modify existing Asp.Net MVC5 ticketing app and document code

Job Description:
Hello, I want to modify an existing ticketing app that I have, built by someone else using Asp.Net MVC5 / Bootstrap and Microsoft SQL. I would like to update an existing functionality if possible, add another one linked to this one and remove others completely from source code/database. Some appearance tweaks would also be necessary.
The second request is a documentation as thorough as possible of the source code and the database (how each existing and new functionality was created with a short explanation and code included, other technologies/methods used if recognized and maybe a detailed database diagram) to help me write a paper about designing the app and understand it better to be able to make small adjustments quickly at an oral presentation. I would do this all myself but it would take me a lot since I am not that experienced and time is not on my side.
