We are seeking a mid-level office manager to handle various administrative tasks for our office. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing administrative duties and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Managing office budgets and expenses
- Maintaining office files and records
- Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Mid-level experience in office management or administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
