SUMMARY

Provides administrative, organizational, sales and marketing support for conducting day to day company’s business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts on and handles all routine administrative tasks for the company

• Interact with present and future potential customers

• Contact future potential customers

• Maintains customer database.

• Set up and manage appointments between customers and company executives

• Contact customers for feedback and response

• Assist creating proposals and send proposals to the customers

• Coordinates, arranges and schedules for company’s executives.

• Answers, screens and directs incoming telephone calls.

• Composes routine correspondence for the company’s executives.

• Creates agendas, schedule meetings and other events.

• Acts as administrator of all company functions and for the Company meetings.

• Organizes seminars, web conferences and participates in various different type of expos as needed.

• Attends Board meetings, provides recap notes and follows all action items to completion.

• Organizes and maintains file system; files correspondence and other records.

• Updates social media as per instructions; Website, LinkedIN, Facebook, Twiter, Instagram and other social media
