We need to extend Epicor Kinetic so the Quote Entry screen gains the same “Capable to Promise” functionality that currently lives on the Sales Order form. When a salesperson clicks the new button, the system must instantly: • verify on-hand and on-order inventory, • estimate a realistic delivery date, and • confirm manufacturing capacity across our plants. The calculation rules and logic can mirror what Kinetic already uses on the order level; we simply need them exposed earlier in the cycle so sales can commit accurate dates before an order even exists. Access to the button should be limited to users in the sales security group, leaving other roles unaffected. Please deliver a clean Kinetic customization (C# / BPM / Application Studio layers, whichever is most efficient), fully documented and import-ready, along with a brief walkthrough so I can test it in our pilot environment and then promote to production without downtime.
