I am currently running Microsoft Access 2007.
I would like to create a form in Microsoft 2007 that I can automatically link via pressing a button on the form to open a word document template.
The form will have custom fields that I will provide and it will be able to save form data into tables in access.
I also want to be able to search form data by any of the fields in the table. I also want to be able to add attachments to any of the records in the table. In addition I would also like to have the ability to email form data to designated email addresses that are also store in the database. Form data to be emailed via a template that I will provide.
The form will populate up to 10 fields with some being selection boxes and pull down menues.
