we are working on developing a town of 25K population. i need to gather their records in access. i need someone to develop this data base and forms in an easy way to be later on modified as required for the project. the data base tables should be normalized to a level. the fields required are the regular bio details, plus academic information and work details. the critical thing is the relations. we need to accommodate family relations in this data base where we can link 1st cycle of family to each other in relation (father, son, daughter, mother, brother, sister)
i can see the database as few main tables:
1- personal information ( all details that you may think of)
2- contact details
3- address (home and current)
5- emergency contact
no data entry is needed from your side, but only the design. i need 1 form to enter all data by person. another view form to view all data by person.
i will pay 10$ for the design, and the remaining after the delivery.
recommendations are welcome even if this will require change in the project and the budget, but i respect the experience of others.
