Outlook & QuickBooks Setup

I need Outlook 365 installed on my Windows computer, configured to work with my existing Exchange email account, and fully synced—mail, calendar, and contacts—with my iPhone. After Outlook is running smoothly, I also want QuickBooks installed and properly set up so I can start a fresh company file without errors. Key deliverables • Outlook 365 installed and activated under my Microsoft 365 subscription • Exchange mailbox added and tested (send/receive, calendar, contacts) • Seamless sync confirmed between Outlook and the native iPhone Mail/Calendar apps • QuickBooks (latest release) installed, first-time setup completed, company file created, and basic preferences configured Acceptance criteria Everything in Outlook must be sending and receiving for at least 24 hours with no sync issues, and QuickBooks must open directly to the new company dashboard without setup prompts or error messages.
