We are looking for some help to convert our prototype program to be converted into a more efficient and final application to be burnt onto I/C's. It is not a complicated program and includes only a few input and a motor control task.

Method of operation:
The light sensor checks light level and subject to preset levels, action is taken out.
If the light levels fall the door is shut, ie the motor is run until the door shut signal is recieved.
As the light levels rise a motor reverse is triggered to open the door, this is subject to the timer delay setting as set on the potentiometer ( 0-4 hours approx), the motor runs until the door open signal.
A manual override is required to open or shut the door as needed, suggest a 3 way switch, middle for automatic operation and up or down as required.
Battery level needs to be monitored, an indicator illuminated when the battery falls to a preset level
The board needs to be as compact as possible, running on 3 cells with emphasis on power management, the motor would draw approx ???? (pending data)
It would be preferable to have 1 or 2 headers on the board to enable easy attachment to the external wiring.
The board will require at least 2 holes to enable mounting
