Reviewed your brief. You want a Figma design converted into a working MERN app, milestone by milestone, with clean code another developer can pick up. I did this recently for La Mercerissima, a React and Node commerce platform where the entire frontend was built from a design file into reusable components with a proper backend behind it. Similar setup to what you're describing. My approach before writing any code is to go through the Figma file and map out the component tree. Which parts are shared layouts, which are page specific, what the data flow looks like. That way the folder structure makes sense from day one and nothing needs to be reorganized later. Backend will be Express with route and controller separation, Mongoose models with proper validation, seed data, and a deployment guide. Not added at the end, built as I go. One thing I want to check before I give you a timeline I can actually commit to: how many screens does the Figma have and does it include auth flows? That changes the estimate quite a bit. Send the Figma file and I can give you a proper milestone breakdown within a day.
