Doctor Home Visits, Lahore Gulberg

I need a licensed general physician who can come to my father’s residence in Gulberg 2, Lahore, twice every week. He is on palliative care but currently stable; the goal is simply to keep an experienced professional’s eyes on him so we can catch any changes early. What I expect during each visit • A routine check-up and basic monitoring of vitals, breathing, hydration and overall comfort. • A quick review of his existing medication chart so nothing is missed or duplicated. • A concise written or WhatsApp note afterwards so the family knows how he is doing and whether anything needs follow-up. Scheduling is flexible—any day of the week works for us as long as the two calls are spaced out. Each session usually takes 20-30 minutes, and I will make sure a family member or nurse is present to assist. If you are an active PMDC-registered GP, have experience with home care or geriatric patients, and can commit to regular twice-weekly visits, please let me know your availability and proposed start date.
