Мета – створення нової конструкції під вантажі, що чітко відповідає заданим трьом параметрам: • вантажопідйомність (точне значення уточнимо разом), • швидкість підйому, • максимальна висота. Базовим матеріалом має бути сталь, тож прошу врахувати її механічні властивості, товщини та технологічні обмеження в усіх розрахунках. Очікую на: 1. Комплект робочих креслень у CAD-форматі (STEP або DWG) із деталюванням вузлів лебідки, опорної рами й механізму підйому. 2. Розрахункову записку з перевіркою міцності основних елементів та підбором електродвигуна. 3. Специфікацію матеріалів і стандартних комплектуючих (підшипники, редуктор, канат тощо). 4. Коротку інструкцію з монтажу та обслуговування. Вітається досвід з вантажопідіймальними механізмами, володіння SolidWorks чи Autodesk Inventor, а також приклади подібних проектів у портфоліо. Якщо готові долучитись і довести конструкцію до виробничого рівня, буду радий співпраці.
