sarking was installed in the roof cavity of my unit about 12 months ago after many attempts to cure a leaking roof. after the sarking was installed, the inside temperature was noticably hotter even on days with temps in the low 30's. i am in dispute with the strata managers who now want to install a whirly bird on the roof. i consider a whirly bird an extremely cheap and poor choice. i need an engineer to inspect the roof cavity above my unit and recommend a suitable remedy and then write a report with these recommendations so i can forward the report to the strata managers
