Locate and mitigate EMF fields in home wiring.

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to carry out EMF mitigation in a house I own. The primary concern that I have is related to health, so I’d like someone who knows how to safely locate and mitigate any EMF fields present in the home wiring. I do not currently own an EMF meter, which is necessary for this task, so the freelancer will need to provide one. This is a critical job and any interested parties must be experienced and certified in EMF mitigation. I look forward to receiving bids!
