I am looking for an HVAC specialist to design a mini server room cooling system and a heat exchange system in the same building. The project requires the following:
Size of the server room: Medium (100-500 square feet)
Preferred method for cooling the server room: Liquid Cooling
Estimated budget for the project: Less than $1000

- Knowledge of liquid cooling systems and their implementation

More detailed explanation:
We are looking for datacenter cooling system. We are installing small datacenter at the moment and it is 9 meters x 10 meters x 3 meters (ceiling).
datacenter now currently in old building (we are moving to new) using 30kw, but in time will go up to 100kw and even may be more, but lets dont jump to future and stay with current situation.
In same building we have offices so we was thinking or it is possible to install something like recouperating system what will take in winter hot air from datacenter and move to the offices.
About cooling. We planing to make cold isle in in a row where rack looks at the rack (so smaller part of datacenter will be as cold isle) and we planing to have two such rows.
We planing if it will fit to install rised floor.
We planing at winter to take air from outside of building and push it only thrue air filters because in our country we have very cold winters and in summer we thinking to put under rised floor something like fancoil what will chil air coming from outside of building and use for that air/water or air/air pump what works better. in winter if datacenter will not heat enough air to heat offices then we planing to use same air/water or air/air pumps to heat offices.
So the idea is to put underflor to same box ducts from outside (running thrue filter and fancoil), from offices (if we are running cirquit in winter) and then move it to cold isle.
If summer we will exaust hot air to outside ir winter we will take this air via recouperating system to offices and what doesnt needed to outside.
