We have a toon-like 3D character built for our client that we would like to clean up and rigg.
Maya 2012 was used to build the toon.
Its a human like character, with head gear and robe like clothing where only hands and feet show.
The rigg should allow for face, eye, and full body animation.
The rigg should allow for production level animation and rendering of the rig.
We will provide a low poly model in Maya format or what ever format you need (obj)

We Would like to add that the rigg should be very sophisticated. taking into account all possible current and future animation needs.
