Simulation of the operation room based on a data set

We need to run a simulation of the operation room, based on the a data set or several data sets. You should be able to provide the data sets, we prefer the simulation to address the educational concepts, it could on training surgeons some skills, ergonomics, sterilization, organization of the OR room. We also prefer the neurosurgery area, however, others might be ok. The project is open for ideas.
The output should be result of the simulation using any simulation tool such as Matlab, SimCapture, solidworks, Mannequins, Touch Surgery, comsol or any other.
The result of the simulators, should be in form of visual graphs, tables and other.
